This exquisite apartment is nestled in the bustling centre of Leeds, offering you the ultimate urban retreat during your stay. A spacious modern apartment with a large balcony. Situated just a stones throw away from the prestigious luxury shopping complex, Victoria Quarter, you'll have access to some of the finest retail therapy experiences right at your doorstep. Suitable for professionals, families or groups of friends. There is a modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining room, with comfortable L-shaped sofa and large smart TV. This opens out onto a lovely large balcony which provides blissful views of the sunset and Yorkshire's greenery in the distance. This apartment has three spacious bedrooms, with two double bedrooms and an especially large principle bedroom with a super king sized bed. The principle bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a spacious bathroom with both shower and bathtub to service the other two bedroom. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom also have smart TVs installed. Each Tv in the apartment has an active Netflex and Prime Video subscription. Each room has plenty of storage which is especially useful for longer stays. You will find a utility room with a washing machine is also located on the upper floor.
