Cozy glamping pods overlooking the Cheshire plains at Marbury Camp and Lodge. Enjoy a double bedroom (Otty Hybrid mattress), kitchen, private bathroom and living area with a double sofabed. All bedding included in the price. Just bring your own towels. These pods were designed by us and are the first of their type on the UK. The views of the Cheshire plains is quite something. We're also near the Grange Barn, Wrenbury Hall and Combermere Abbey if you are attending a wedding nearby.
From the depths of Warrington, David is a solicitor and therefore has absolutely zilch experience in running a camping site. David has however been arranging camping trips for large groups of friends since high school so it’s fair to say camping and the outdoors is in his blood. Age: 33 Experience: Crap tents, expensive tents, caravans and Canadian lodges Camping Style: Tent Freestyle Essential camping item: Bottle of Wine Hailing from Shrewsbury and David’s long suffering wife is Em. First dabbled at camping at school and enjoyed “being with nature” apparently (she ran out of things to say at this point). Since then Em
Situated in the Duchy of Lancaster Estate there are some fabulous landmarks and, more importantly, pubs (the gin evenings at the Cholmondeley Arms and the authentic Indian curries at the Bhurtpore Inn are sublime). South Cheshire of the year, every year! We're also on the National Cycle Route and near the Sandstone trial. Local market towns of Nantwich and Whitchurch are a few miles away. We also have a range of activities nearly including kayaking, walking, parachuting, shooting...the list goes on.
