Great fully equipped kitchen. Absolutely loved having a separate dining room. Some really nice touches like a shoe rack and airing cupboard. Really easy to access the marina. There is a path with steps down to Dale sailing and the Lower basin.

Private parking for 1 car; additional public car park, 50 yards. No smoking. Please note: There are 27 steps in in the garden.. Marina Reach is a spacious, family-friendly, top floor apartment with a decked sunny roof terrace, standing on its own occupying the entire upper floor space of this Georgian building of just five apartments. It is situated near an exciting water sports centre and popular waterfront with a picnic area, nature reserve, slipway and quay. It offers a great sunny, light and airy space, and maximizes the sea and boating views from the living and dining rooms through the huge 5ft double glazed windows. Set in the heart of the extremely popular tourist county of Pembrokeshire, the historic town of Pembroke is a 10-minute drive away and is famous for its Medieval castle and the birth of King Henry the VII. It&rsquo;s well worth the visit to step back in time and take in the glorious views around the mill pond and take in the town. A great day out for all your family is the coastal town of Tenby, around 30 minutes away.
