Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Marina Views is a magnificent home that sits right on the edge of the inner Sovereign Harbour quay. The property expands across three floors with five bedrooms in total sleeping up to seven adults plus two children and with the option of an additional child on a pullout futon bed. For anyone with mobility issues there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a zip and link bed that can be setup as a kingsize bed or two singles. This room also has an ensuite shower room and there is a separate W/C across the hall. Also on the middle floor is the inviting living room that has gorgeous views of the harbour, you can either sit back into one of the large sofas to enjoy the view or take to the balcony with a cup of coffee and really take it all in with the fresh air. The property is equipped with everything you will need, including all kitchen appliances, utensils and the use of free WiFi. *please note that this property can sleep a maximum of seven adults, the bunk room can only sleep two children not adults*

The convenient location of this apartment on Sovereign Harbour and the harbourside bars and restaurants makes it perfect for couples, small families or perhaps friends or colleagues sharing. Eastbourne town centre with all of its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are within walking distance along the promenade or a short drive away. Perhaps you fancy spending the evening in one of the many bars and restaurants before heading for a show at one of the four theatres.
