To the outside is a garden patio with furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. This accommodation will accept two pets however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Melvill House is a splendid escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year.

The lovely village of St. Mawes is located across from Falmouth Harbour and is encircled by the rocky coves, sandy beaches, and verdant landscape of the Roseland Peninsula. Take the passenger boat from Falmouth or drive the 15 kilometres there (15 minutes). Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific significance teeming with a variety of animals, is available for anyone who like the outdoors. There is a golf course as well.
