Millers Cottage is a single-storey property with one double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. There's an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a TV, and an additional sitting room with a TV, and a selection of books. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed courtyard with furniture. The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
