Lovely house, clean, ton of character and kitted with decent equipment. Perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in sittingbourne including the station. Loved the property and would definitely stay again.

As a family we really enjoyed having the three bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. well located for the nature reserve ( we travelled with a dog) and short walk into town for bars and restaurants

The location was peaceful, and being on the High Street was not a problem. In fact, it was very accessible. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, and the nice kitchen was appreciated. Both bathrooms were excellent, great powerful showers. The house was clean, and Sue was extremely attentive, responding to messages promptly. Excellent service on that front. The fridge freezer was a good size, along with a nice cooker and oven. It was great to have ample free parking for 2 cars. The courtyard is handy, too. Easy access to the property. All 4 bedrooms were set out nicely, clean with lovely beds. We enjoyed our stay.

The contact with owners prior to visit was good answered all our queries The location was good for all attractions in Kent and there was local shops on hand and plenty of takeaways and restaurants and cafes if u don't fancy cooking

correspondence and communication with Sue was good and helpful,, Paul was a friendly and helpful host who gave us some local knowlwedge which we asked for. the old house was lovely and quirky with sloping floors exposed beams. bedrooms nice size would liked to have had a door hook to hang jacket/ dressing gown on. the top floor wet room/ shower was exellent. but no locks on bathroom /shower doors. bath towels were nice and soft, would have prefered to have larger bath towels with me being a little bigger. disappointed no dishwasher. we did miss one but not too much trouble location on high st was good, able to walk to shops, pubs ect, cafe just up the high street with good food and very friendly staff made a fuss of our 4 year old. A children friendly pub the 3 hats with good food just across the road with live entertainment. narrow gauge railway 10 min walk £8 adults free for little ones.
