MODERN 2 BEDROOM - Semi detached house in a quiet Cul De Sac street The house has been extended to include a generous kitchen and bathroom area. the whole house of for use including the back bedroom which can be used for clothes storage & dressing space You will have full access to the house and most amenities. Enjoy the garden by opening the full bifolding doors which opens up the full Parking available Ideally I would like to rent the house long term available one month to two. The space Open planned house, modern, suitable for young couples working in city centre, 50 metres from the tram stop which takes you into Manchester Central Access to Washing machine Dishwasher Fridge Freezer Drive Bath Wet Room Shower TV WIFI Netflix Amazon Please note the electricity and gas are not included in the price of the stay, you will be provided with a top up card to apply credit to the pay as you go metres. Every booking will start with a fifty pounds top up on each included int he booking price. Electricity is ran on Solar panels therefore will not require topping up as much, if at all in the summer months.
