Newly renovated 1 Bedroom Ground Floor Flat. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen/ diner perfect for a short or long stay. High ceilings lead into a stylish comfortable living room with SMART TV with Roku Stick, leather sofas, and a workstation. The relaxing double bedroom has a new top-of-the-range Simba Mattress and storage for your luggage. Immaculate shower room/ WC. Local High Street and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk and a 10-minute drive to the infamous Loch Lomond and tourist attractions. Newly renovated throughout. High ceilings and large windows give a spacious and light feel. Day/ night blinds in the living room and bedroom allow for privacy but still let in natural light. Fully equipped kitchen - oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and washing machine. All crockery, cutlery, and utensils that you could need. You will also find pots, pans, baking and oven trays, scales, measuring cups, casserole dishes, and thermos flasks in the cupboards. Tea, coffee, sugar, oil and salt/ pepper are all ready for you. Fast Wi-Fi, SMART TV with Roku stick for streaming services and channels (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, catch up TV etc), and an HMDI cable to connect your laptop to the TV. We have a workstation should you need to get office work done. The bedroom has a brand new, top-of-the-range Simba mattress for a very comfortable night's sleep. NB. Extension leads are provided throughout the flat. A SMART thermostat is located in the living room to customize the temperature of the flat, as well as adjustable valves on each radiator for full temperature control in each room. A combi boiler provides Gas Central Heating for the flat and hot water to the shower. Mini ironing board and iron, hair dryer, hoover, and cleaning essentials are all provided should you need them.
We are not local to Alexandria, but are very happy to help and be contacted via phone, message or email. We are good friends and work colleagues looking to build our Serviced Accommodation Business. We renovated this flat ourselves and take great pride in the service that we offer to our guests.
Alexandria High Street is a couple of minutes' walk. Plenty of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, pharmacies, etc. Loch Lomond is 10-minute drive to the Sealife Aquarium, Balloch Steam Slipway, and Maid of The Loch boat tours.
