Nine The Boathouse is in a secluded part of the ancient historic port of Rye. Overlooking the tidal River Rother. Take some time to sit on the veranda and watch the passing sailing boats. The whole flat has just had a complete refurbishment in Feb 2023. Enjoy the clean, well appointed kitchen and sit and enjoy the view from the sofa. The well appointed apartment also has a bathroom with antique sink unit and a bed room that has the option to be a large double bed or two single beds.
I grew up in Sussex and used to visit Rye regularly as a child. I love visiting this historic town. I love exploring the antique shops in the village and taking walks in the surrounding area. My favourite is the walk down to Camber Sands.
Rye is filled with great restaurants, art galleries, antique and vintage treasure troves and sweet little clothing shops. Loads to explore, find and eat.
