With 2 comfy sofas & an accent chair to kick back and relax on. There is a downstairs WC for convenience. Upstairs the main bathroom is modern and has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin. The property has 2 bedrooms which can sleep 3 guests. The master bedroom has a roomy double whilst the second bedroom has a cosy single bed. Both bedrooms have ample space for your belongings. Externally, there is a patio area to the rear leading out onto a small sun-trap back garden which guests are more than welcome to enjoy. There is free off-street parking available with an allocated parking space directly to the rear of the property.
