No 4 Hawthorn is a beautiful new 2 bedroom apartment located 7 Minuets walk from York city centre. With bus stop situated at the end of the street and Supermarkets, takeaways within walking distance. York train station is only 2 km away. The apartment offers 2 large bedrooms both with luxury king size beds. Large open plan kitchen/Livingroom furnished to a high standard, with smart tv mounted on the walls in each room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your stay. The bathroom is of generous size with bath and over shower, toilet and sink. You can find local parking in the area of Layerthorpe Please asks hosts for more information. Located in Layerthorpe the apartment has supermarkets, Doe bakery near by and plenty of bars within walking distance. All bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience and free wifi throughout. Guests can check in from 2pm and check out by 11am. Key safe entry will be sent with instructions via email. PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON STREET ON NEIGHBOURING FIFTH AVE. OR ASDA SUPERMARKET ON LAYERTHORP IS PAID FOR AROUND 10 POUNDS PER 24HRS BOOKED VIA JUST PARK. both parking options are only 2mins walk away. there is no parking available at the apartment itself. PETS are more than more than welcome but there is a 20 pounds cleaning fee paid directly to the owners please
