A One Bedroom contemporary and cosy ground floor apartment newly furnished and decorated in 2022 with a new bathroom, new kitchen, gas central heating, double glazing, and a small courtyard patio area. The apartment is ideal for couples, business travellers and families (with a sofa bed sleeping two additional people in the lounge). The bedroom includes a King size bed with high quality warm and comfortable bedding, helping you to get the perfect night sleep. There is a fitted wardrobe for storage space. The cosy living room has a wall mounted TV with Freeview and French doors opening onto the small courtyard patio area. The newly fitted modern kitchen is fully equipped for your perfect stay with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, and hob.
