Only dogs allowed at the property. Set in 30 acre grounds with woodlands, located in historic town of Killin. Oak Cottage is the ideal getaway for couples or a group of friends to get together. . Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . 30 acre grounds with woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis court and children&rsquo;s play area (shared with other properties on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Fishing on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are several steps and sloping banks in the grounds.. Escape to this exquisite location surrounded by spectacular scenery with lochs, mountains and waterfalls in the heart of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, at the edge of Ben Lawer&rsquo;s Nature Reserve. Acharn Lodges are set in 30-acres to explore and enjoy, perfect for families, friends, couples and single guests. There are three detached lodges, Maple (UK5501), Alder (UK5502) and Larch (UK31134) which are all on one level and ideal for less mobile guests, four cottages Rowan Cottage (UK43455), Elm Cottage (UK43456), Ash cottage (UK43457) and Oak Cottage (UK43458), and a first floor apartment Pine Cottage (UK43454). There is so much for guests to enjoy on the estate.
