Location was spot on, definitely stay there again.

Location fabulous so close to town square lots lovely cafes , restaurants etc.. castle walk and along Swale .. Both apartments were clean and warm. We were a family of 6 using both upstairs and downstairs we needed to share the kitchen cutlery, crockery etc and dining chairs as a little short to cover 6 in each separate flat but they do sleep 4 each so not a big deal. Lidl right behind us , so very handy for bits and pieces. Parking I thought would be a bit of a hassle but once we had unpacked we parked around the corner for free and never had to move the cars till we left . The 2hour parking discs in each flat perfectly covered all we needed. Didn’t use outside space as weather wasn’t the most forgiving but looked nice and private at the back if you fancy some rays,

The apartment was very central, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding & towels were immaculate & very obviously freshly laundered. Could not fault anything, it was perfect.

The location of this property is amazing, just 1 street away from the centre so not busy or noisy but only a stones-throw walk to the town centre. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you need. Access was easy with the lock box which the owners sent us a message about a week prior to our stay, and although there's another apartment upstairs the front doors are separate with a latched gate in the middle so you feel like it's totally your own home. Our dog loved it too! Beds were comfy, lots of lamps for nice lighting to relax which not many places have! There was a pile of leaflets with walks / local attractions which we did plenty of (amazing town centre market on a Saturday in Richmond too) - there was no big list of 'rules' which a lot of properties/air b and bs have which makes you feel very relaxed and at home. We loved Richmond and this place and we'd definitely be back!

Everything, location was great, property clean and exactly as detailed. Would 100% return in the summer. Our dog is very fussy with going to the toilet on grass and luckily there was a small section round the corner opposite lidl.

Excellent central location and very close to Lidl supermarket. Main road outside was quiet at night. We parked outside the house or very close by. Well equipped kitchen and living area. Comfortable bedroom, next to small bathroom, all fine.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with a supermarket around the corner, a five minute walk into town and public transport on your doorstep. Spotlessly clean with modern furniture and the most comfortable bed ever! Would highly recommend and will certainly use again when visiting friends and relatives

Communication was clear and easy to follow. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated with a homely feel, comfortable sofa and dining chairs. The location is superb, we managed to park outside the property, this is a first come first served situation, they use disc parking which means you display it in your car but you need to turn it every two hours. Don't panic you don't between 1800 and 1000 or you can park round the corner free with a short walk of a couple of minutes. Lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops 5 minutes walk.
