Fantastic stay. Was contacted just before saying building work was going on but it was absolutely fine and you wouldn't even know that building work was going on. Lovely and peaceful, and the hot tub was great and so relaxing.

Beautifully furnished holiday property in a brilliant part of Lincolnshire, great for beaches and visiting attractions in the area. Small step to entrance. All on the ground floor. Beamed throughout. Open plan living space. Living area: With 32” Freeview Smart TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom: With kingsize bed and en-suite with walk-in shower and toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub (private). Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
Oxley Cottage is a beautifully restored former outbuilding in brilliant area for your holiday. Situated on a working farm, this property has plenty of character added by fantastic furnishings and wooden beams throughout. Set over one level, Oxley Cottage offers great views of the outside paddock from the kitchen, where alpacas are just one of the attractions on show. Outdoors is a seating area where you can sit back, relax and soak up the sun. There is plenty to see and do for all your family in the area, with the North Sea Observatory at Chapel St Leonards on the beach, which is well worth a visit. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just along the coast, as is Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells with its huge funfair and market. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is to the south of Skegness, and inland there are the market towns of Alford, Louth and Horncastle to explore. Furthermore, enjoy a day out on the coast visiting the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe, travel inland to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds or enjoy some motor racing at Cadwell Park. Lincoln makes a great day out with its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta visitor centre. Beach 8½ miles. Shop 6¼ miles, pub
