Palm Cottage was very clean and felt like home from home. The kids bedroom had toys and puzzles, which was a lovely touch alongside a little priate ship in the grounds which he loved. Kid friendly Essentials such as washing liquid, Tea,coffee and soaps, toliet roll which again was not expecting but great touch. Location was in the country side with lovely views and very quite. You would need to drive to access any shops or anything you need as very rural but only a 10/15min drive for main shops etc that we found.. The purpose of our visit was to visit port lympne safari and beach both 10/15min drive away.. Spoke to Katie (host) a few times and was prompt and answered what was needed. This could be a nice break for a couple but also for family's as space for kids to let off steam in the open coutry side!!! :-)

Palm Cottage is nestled in secluded Middle Park, three acres overlooking the ancient woodland Sibton Forest in the heart of the Kent Downs, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The newly renovated barn conversion is comprised of two bedrooms, a bathroom with an extra large soaking tub for a luxurious rest, and open plan living space. The kitchen comes with half dishwasher, wine fridge, washer / drier. The property has underfloor heating throughout.
Palm Cottage is situated in Middle Park which is comprised of two other cottages - Orchard Cottage and Magnolia Cottage. All three properties sit on three private acres abutting acres of farmland and horse fields as well as 1000 acres of woodland. Just a 10 minute drive from the coast, wonderful beaches in and coastal walks await! Gastropubs are plentiful!
