Perfect for exploring the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this comfortable and well thought-out home with large garden. My property sleeps up to 4 guests (one king bedroom and one twin-bedded room). It is located just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Chichester, with its pedestrianised shopping centre. Entrance hallway leads to open plan living dining room with french doors leading onto the garden. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and overlooks the garden. The sitting area has a sofa and two chairs and faces the electric stove and smart TV (please note you will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications). The kitchen is fully kitted with everything you would need with an electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Through the kitchen are the two bedrooms and bathroom. To your left is the twin-bedded room (with french doors onto the garden), which has plenty of storage space with large fitted wardrobes. Next to this is the king bedded room, with a feature fireplace, and overlooks the front of the flat. There is a hanging rail and a dressing table in this large, spacious bedroom.
