Ideally located right in Southbourne, Bournemouth's best district, this property is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beach, and just an 8 minute walk to Southbourne Grove with all of its pubs, boutique shops, coffee shops and all amenities. Safe & much quieter than places on the busy beachside road this is a perfect location for exploring Bournemouth, the Jurassic Coast, the New Forest & Isle of Wight, all of which are in easy access. Some local hotspots include: Southbourne Beach leading to Hengistbury Head for a beautiful walk and view, Mudeford, Christchurch & Poole as well as central Bournemouth. Further afield Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door & Corfe Castle on the way to Weymouth pas the famous Studland beaches. Heading the other way there are hundreds of New Forest walks and great pubs and Lymington has frequent ferries over to Yarmouth to explore the Isle of Wight. Locally the Way Outback and Brewhouse pubs on Southbourne Grove both brew great beer. We have many good independent restaurants & coffee shops for all budgets and If you like a cocktail, there is a secret cocktail bar above the excellent Larderhouse restaurant on Southbourne Grove. Many places have live music on and Chaplin's in Boscombe has music every night. For a quieter walk in summer, try the river Stour (you can also hire boats), Avon beach, St. Catherine's Hill (it's got great views from the top! ), or Kings Park / Queens Park. Urban Reef and Sobo Beach both nearby are the best eating/drinking places anywhere along on Bournemouth beach.
