My home is a beautiful modern cottage in the picture-postcard market town of Winchcombe. Stylishly decorated with two king size bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is perfect for family or friends. It has a luxury bathroom and lovely secluded garden, complete with furniture. My cottage has been recently built, and has been furnished to a superior standard throughout. The space My home is a fantastic base from which to experience Winchcombe, explore the Cotswolds, and everything it has to offer. The property spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The downstairs layout has a bright and wonderful living room with includes a dedicated workspace, TV with Roku built in & Netflix account available, and patio doors that open onto the garden, which is especially lovely on a sunny day! The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area. The lovely patio area has plenty of seating; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring! Well behaved pets are allowed on request. Please give details, when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee per pet. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms each with a king size bed and plenty of storage. There is also a luxury bathroom with a bath & shower. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. The ancient Anglo Saxon town of Winchcombe is situated in a beautiful Cotswold valley mid-way between Broadway and Cheltenham (approx each 15 minutes away by car). The town’s Walkers are Welcome status makes it a great place for those who love the outdoors, with a variety of routes to suite all ages and abilities on your doorstep. Independent shops include a wonderful deli, traditional retailers, boutique clothing, interiors and antique shops. Local Supermarkets: Local newsagent (Dhillions Stores) a 5 min walk away. Co-op is an 8 min walk away. Restaurants: The Corner Cupboard pub is next door. Recommend going there, and The White Hart and the Lion Inn. There's a lovely walk over the hill at the front of the house to Gretton where there's a pub with a lovely garden called The Royal Oak.
