Breakfast and dinner were very good - but, because the dinner menu was the same every day, we felt we had to go elsewhere on some of the days. Perhaps 7 days of different menus would de better for those staying more than 1/2 days. If we had daily menu, we would have eaten there every evening. See above - and

The host was incredibly friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we had everything we needed.
My room (yellow) was incredible. Spotless room with a huge bathroom. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the bed was very comfortable.
The property is absolutely beautiful with a wonderful garden, tennis court, and views. There's a lovely pub a short walk away that does lovely food.
Don't hesitate to book this for your next trip. You'll love it.

We very much enjoyed our visit to this lovely town with all its independent shops and lovely nostalgic 'village' feel- such relief from the endless "Shopping Centres' with their bland offerings. There is a great selection of places to eat and the thriving Riverside Theatre/Cinema where we saw an arthouse film. We walked the River Deben: to see the Longship Project and excellent FREE Museum, then on for a day out at fascinating Sutton Hoo. Buses were a welcome surprise with easy trips to Aldeburgh and beyond. We travelled to/from by Train- excellent service and we loved the Station building with its thriving small businesses.

Friendly and sociable little market town.
Friendly and sociable little market town. Lovely walks with a good comfortable vibe even at night, felt safe. So many nice places to stop and sit and people smile which is a good indicator of the warm feel you get being there. It was a late autumn stay this time so next time I’d like to come in the springtime.

Luckily we had a resident who was proud to show us around her town. Worth a look is the Sutton Hoo ship rebuilding project, the museum and the flour mill, all on the riverside. Walk up Market Hill to the former Town Hall and St Mary's Church. Drive out to Seckford Hall to have tea and little cakes in the lounge of this Elizabethan house.
All aspects of the hotel were excellent, staff were very accommodating and helpful, food was delicious with my g-f/lactose free intolerances catered for easily with good choices on all menus, a gluten free loaf was provided at the end of my stay which was a real bonus! Our room was very clean and comfortable and extra pillows were provided upon request. The close proximity to the town centre meant that Christmas shopping was easy as our bags could be taken back to our room. Woodbridge has lots of individual shops, well worth a visit.
The hotel was conveniently situated for our weekend in Woodbridge. We were easily able to walk to all the activities we had planned so left the car in the car park. The breakfast menu had a good choice of two courses and the food was good. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel as we had other social meetings in place but the menu looked good. Our room was small but comfortable. and we were pleased to have a fan supplied as we were there during an unexpected hot spell. Staff were all very pleasant.
Lovely setting with a holiday atmosphere and a great view. The trains did not disturb, and everything worked in the room. Windows easy to open & close, Great TV with remote not worn. Coffee / tea & biscuits. A chair & desk. Plenty of storage & a sensible size room, comfortable bed & good ensuite. A brilliant breakfast but only available after 0900 hours which suited me, but may not suit everyone. And the car parking works really well. I won't hesitate to return.
From our first contact the Staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was immaculate (really like the décor credit to who designed and or decorated) The owners and staff really have tried to think of everything even with a supply of Films for all tastes.
Breakfast - I would have paid the room fee alone to have the breakfast it was without a doubt the best cooked breakfast I have experienced and I travel a lot for work. Well Done Grove House and Thank you.
The cottage was clean and the bed was comfortable, the company, air management suffolk were absolutely amazing from the time I contacted them when we arrived and had issues where the TV, sky, DVD player, radio didn't work at all, they arranged for us to have at least something to be able to watch , as they had tried to contact the owner with no reply. What a brilliant company.
very quiet location, extremely comfortable beds and sofa. cottage was small but had everything we needed for our short break. Framlingham was a lovely town with quaint independent shops and great food and service at the Crown Hotel pub and the Dancing Goat cafe in the market square. everything within walking distance, including the impressive Framlingham Castle
Fantastic modern apartment situated in a great location in Woodbridge. The kitchen and lounge area is great and provided a comfortable living space during our break. The apartment is well equipped and provides a home from home! The wharf area below is very nice with the coffee shops and restaurants and a great place for walks along the waterside.
The staff were great, very friendly. Although the room was set up for breakfast, we were told this wasn't available . Not even a kettle to make a cup of tea! This was very disappointing. We were told an adjustment would be made to the pre paid bill, no sign of it yet.
Everything was excellent, If appearance of an old stately home was incorrect. Once inside, room was extremely modern, superb bathroom, towels and bedding luxurious. Extremely comfortable, Breakfast choice was superb with good quality food.
Location - great for exploring Suffolk, Thermal spa & dine package was great. Pool / steam room / sauna / jacuzzi great. Lucy - lovely waitress at breakfast, very helpful and friendly.
Excellent place to say room very smart all you needed tea coffee plentiful en suite great staff very efficient breakfast well presented and hot will be staying again when in Suffolk.
lovely old building set in gorgeous grounds, lots of seating inside and out for relaxing with a paper or a drink. lovely interesting bedrooms, and set in rolling Suffolk countryside
Good location, quiet yet close to the center. Beautifully decorated, small but pleasant garden. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi, you will find it in the second bedroom.
Very convenient location, easy to find. Attractive apartment, had almost everything I needed. Delightful Suffolk town and glorious surrounding countryside.
