Property info

A fantastic three bedroom property in Hoveton on the Norfolk Broads. The cottage has river frontage and its own mooring. Boats of all kinds are available to hire nearby or you can book onto an organised trip if you prefer to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The village is known as the capital of the Broads and has an excellent range of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and ice cream parlours all just a few minutes walk away. Parking available for 1 car.

Neighborhood info

Wroxham and Hoveton St. John are two connected villages split by the river Bure. Most of the village facilities are actually in Hoveton but are generally known as Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads. Both the North Norfolk Coast and the city of Norwich are easily accessible either by car or train. The Norfolk Broads consists of over 125 miles of waterways set amongst stunning countryside and picturesque towns and villages. Boats are available for hire for you to explore the waterways yourself or you might choose to book onto one of the many organised river trips. You will find cafes, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlours and even a department store ( the renowned family owned Roys) just a short walk away.
