Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.

Ravelston Grange is a beautifully-presented garden flat within a newly converted development in the popular and upmarket Meads village area of Eastbourne. This desirable accommodation boasts two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an allocated parking space and private garden area. The master bedroom is a super kingsize and offers an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom can be super kingsize or set up as a twin, giving flexibility to suit families or couples. With indulgent touches including a Nespresso coffee machine, plus a smart TV with Sky channels and a complimentary Netflix log in, this apartment will appeal to those looking for somewhere extra special. The open plan living space is airy and light, with French doors opening up to your private garden area. The sofa and armchairs are positioned to view both the smart TV and garden view, and there is a dining table to seat four close by. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate walk in shower. All linen plus regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels), plus WiFi.
