The property is less than 2 miles from the racecourse and the centre of Cheltenham making it ideal for race goers and people looking for accommodation while working away from home. This house is well equipped and newly furnished throughout. Essentials are high quality and new.★ Please be advised that we only provide bath towels. ★You will have to pre authorize a Security Deposit for your booking through a link provided from Duve (Secure system we use for deposit). The security deposit will be released 72 hours after check-out if no damages have been reported or house rules have been broken.★ ★You will also need to sign our Terms and Conditions document and provide a copy of your Government Issued ID for verification purposes. The confirmation link will be sent to your email after booking and must complete the booking requirements. ★ ★Check in Instructions will be sent to you 1 day prior to your arrival once the booking requirements are completed.★
