Rio’s Retreat is a traditional town house located in the heart of Cottingham Village in The East Riding of Yorkshire, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful high street and in close proximity to the train station. The Historic and picturesque town of Beverley and Hull City Centre are approximately 15 minutes away by car. The property is fully furnished and Pet Friendly with three large bedrooms, kitchen, utility, bathroom, living room, private off road parking and large rear garden.

Neighborhood info

Rio’s Retreat is just a short walk from the beautiful village of Cottingham and in close proximity to Cottingham train station, Castle Hill Hospital and Cottingham Golf Course and leisure club. There are also several great local pubs within walking distance of Rio’s Retreat for you to explore during your visit. The historic Town of Beverley, Hull City Centre, Hull University are approximately 15 minutes away by car. If you wish to venture further afield then the Yorkshire Wolds are not too far away either approximately 1 hour by car!
