The luxurious king-size bed ensures a restful sleep, while a double sofa bed accommodates 2 more guests. A beautiful bathroom that has white 3 piece suite and shower and complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet rolls, and towels & hairdryer). The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and much much more, including complimentary teas/coffee/sugar. Explore the vibrant city of Leeds (10mins drive) with its cafes, cinema, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Return to the studio to relax in its delightful ambiance, with a smart TV & well-equipped kitchen.Perfect for solo travellers, couples, or small groups. With free fibre optic Wi-Fi and full TV package including movies, sky sports, BT sports and Netflix. We can also provide a mango wood computer desk and ergonomic office chair with no extra cost, please let us know in advance if you require this for your stay. The studio has a washing machine and outdoor retractable washing line, ironing board, & iron. The patio has a small table and chairs so you can enjoy sitting outside if the weather permits. You will have access to the entire studio including the private court yard with private entrance. You will find plenty of Free on street parking spaces behind the studio on the back streets.

There is a golf course, gotts park, cardigan field, woodlands, and canal which leads to the city centre. There is a Tesco, Wilko, Lidl, Kfc, petrol station and Starbucks at a walking distance (10mins walk). Behind the terrace houses (10 min walk) you will find plenty of takeaways and 24hr convenience stores.
