The property is very comfortable, a great place to relax. Well decorated and furnished it had a log burner which I used and helped make my stay cozy and warm. The small kitchen has everything needed and the hosts provided some welcome food essentials so I didn’t shop when I arrived. The bed was very comfortable. The shower room is practical and a good size. Parking was easy, the apartment is set in large garden with its own pond. The hosts Jackie & Guy were friendly and welcoming. My short weekend stay was perfect I can’t fault anything. 10/10

An apartment with a country view with deer sightings and a walk to a river. Property is an private apartment connected to a family home with private parking and a shared garden that you are welcome to use. An private open patio has a gas bbq and seating area. Apartment has a lounge with wood burner and basket of logs, bifold doors, games and a large tv. Bedroom with super king size bed and kitchenette that has a microwave/grill/oven, 2 burner hob, fridge, toaster, kettle also an en suite shower room to bedroom.
Hosts are situated in attached cottage and are happy to help with any advice on using the facility or with sourcing items.
A small village shop is in walking distance to the apartment. Newton Flotman is an ideal base for visits to Norwich and South Norfolk and is only 45 mins drive from the coast.
