Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Property info

Sail Away is an attractive town house which backs on to the waters of Sovereign Harbour Marina. The property boasts an outside terrace where you can sit and watch as the boats sail by. The main town of Eastbourne is just a short 10 - 15 minute drive down the road or a 30 minute walk along the Eastbourne promenade. Eastbourne has a 6-mile stretch of glorious beaches which lead all the way to the rolling hills of the South Downs. The property itself has a large master bedroom with an ensuite shower room, the other 2 bedrooms consist of a single room and a bunk room. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering break, including free WiFi and an onsite parking space big enough for a large car. All linen and towels and included and for stays longer than a week a second set will be supplied.

There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in Sovereign Harbour, which is a delightful marina area. Should you fancy heading further afield the wider culture, shopping and facilities of Eastbourne itself are just a short drive or a pleasant hour’s walk along the promenade.
