Salisbury House - Huku Kwetu Serviced Accommodation is a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house perfect for large groups -7 people. Whether you are here to explore the town of Luton or here for work/business, Huku Kwetu invites you to a home away from home. The accommodation includes an open plan living room - which includes a flat-screen TV + Netflix and Sky/Virgin TV - and dining room/ fully-equipped kitchen space - perfect for big groups wanting to relax and chill together. The family bathroom includes a bathtub and shower fitting and 4 spacious bedrooms. Guests will have access to private parking for one car on-site. Salisbury House is a quiet area, yet close to all amenities, shops and hot spots in Luton. Kindly Note: Weekly Cleaning Fee: Payable on all bookings, The housekeeping services is a weekly service that includes cleaning the entire house (4 hours per house), changing to clean bed sheets, towels, and the supply of cleaning items. Cleaning services are done once a stay that is shorter than 10 days. For longer stays that are longer than 10 days, the property will be cleaned weekly and payment for the cleaning will be charged accordingly prior to arrival.

Neighborhood info

Luton's a great place to live, lots going on, good transport links. Town centre is undergoing a huge redevelopment which is developing new bars, restaurants, live music scene etc. Luton's a large town, really a city, so it has a diverse selection of neighbourhoods. It really is a nice place to live, with areas such as Wigmore, Leagrave, Stopsley, Bramingham, Bushmead being very good for families. There are a number of very expensive areas such as Old Bedford Road or Ludlow Avenue where prices are 1m pounds plus. The town centre is undergoing a lot of regeneration with new infrastructure under construction - train/bus station, new motorway connections (Junction 10 upgraded and Junction 11a in the North of the town). Some excellent schools, parks etc a very good restaurant scene with a high standard of independent restaurants along with many of the usual chains. There are thriving arts and music scene that is seeing new venues open up recently - centred on the Bute Street/Guildfords street area where many old hat factories are being put to new uses.
