Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Patio with sitting-out area. On road parking. No smoking.. This ground floor apartment is at the end of the high street and only a stone throw away from the beach. the apartment offers 2 double bedrooms with an open plan living, dining room and kitchen. There is a small courtyard garden with seating too for you to unwind and enjoy an evening drink and relax. Sandgate has an eclectic mix of boutique & antique shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within a 2-3 minute walk. Folkestone is a short drive away with a larger town centre and its vibrant harbour and harbour arm.
