The situation/location high up on Ilkely Moor was tremendous. A good opportunity to see wildlife around the property. Immediate access to footpaths on the moors. The property was very well appointed with quality fittings and furniture. The clothes washer and drier were very useful. The views across the valley towards Bolton Abbey and beyond were most impressive.

Set at approximately 1000ft, Silver Well Cottage offers a truly unique luxury hideaway with unrivalled views of the beautiful Yorkshire Moors and the Wharfe Valley below. As the only holiday let accommodation on Ilkley Moor, Silver Well Cottage is a unique and tranquil hideaway for up to two people. The first floor open plan studio offers stunning views from its large windows and private deck, with cozy comfort assured by the underfloor heating and wood burner.

Your accommodation opens out directly onto Ilkley moor, enjoy the panoramic views and abundant local wildlife from your private deck, or strike out onto the hilltops to discover the ancient landscape. A 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive will take you into the vibrant market town town of Ilkley with an abundance of boutique shops and independent restaurants, bars and cafes. Ilkley is very well served by direct train services to Leeds and buses to adjacent villages and towns and seasonally to Dales destinations. Leeds Bradford Airport is 30 minutes by car. Several local taxi companies operate in Ilkley and the surrounding area.
