Stay in the centre of the action in this one of a kind place.The rooms are part of a lovely property called Silverdale House. Silverdale House, located in Westcliff on Sea. It’s a 15 min walk into Southend on Sea, Town Centre and sea front and a 10 min walk to Southend University Hospital. Public transport is also very accessible such as Westcliff or Prittlewell train Station of which, are both nearby providing links into London City and tube links across the capital. Shops, supermarkets and bus routes are at the top and bottom of the road too. Silverdale House is in a great location. The rooms are designed with comfort in mind. Firstly, a double bed with a comfort mattress that will guarantee you a good night’s sleep. There is a flat screen smart television to watch and listen to all your favourite television, Netflix or radio programmes. Rooms are fully carpeted, and we have also provided ample storage and cupboard space to park your garments and items. Security is paramount, so a room safe box is available for you to use.

Westcliff on sea is a suburb of the city of Southend-on-Sea, in the ceremonial county of Essex, England. It is on the north shore of the lower Thames Estuary, about 34 miles (55 km) east of London. Its a lovely location with parks, entertainment, shops, cafes, restaurants and a popular sea front. Southend on sea is close by it is in one of the driest and sunniest parts of the UK and five of its beaches hold the coveted Blue Flag award. Southend was awarded city status in 2021.
