Newly renovated 2 bedroom property. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, modern house with impressive reach to anywhere in Leeds. Head out and wander through the nearby markets and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom space is very generous whilst accommodating a comfortable double bed as well as a desk/study area. In addition, this property also has a big and lovely garden. The place itself is a 4-5 minutes walk from St James University Hospital and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Leeds. Useful amenities available within a 5 minute walking distance include Morrisons supermarket as well as many small independent retailers and shops.
Hi! I am available 24/7 by phone call, or messages should guests have questions and I live 2 minutes away from the property so I am always on hand to guests with a smooth check in/check out process. We will ask ID from the main guest before the check in.
