Loved everything, very comfortable and spotless. Owner couldn’t do enough for you when we made an enquiry. Lovely location. Lovely touches like fruit bread, wine, milk and breakfast cereals. Comfy bed and sofa. Everything was spot on and perfect.

Spinney on the Green is a new, self-contained holiday retreat overlooking the 1st hole of the Hotchkin golf course at the National Golf Centre. From the Spinney it is a short walk to the independent shops, cafes, inns and restaurants of this charming Edwardian village. *The space* The semi-detached accommodation comprises: One bedroom with king size bed, wall-mounted TV; ensuite shower room with WC and wash hand basin. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/diner and living room with a 55” Smart TV. Two sets of French doors lead onto your private terrace with garden chairs and table for outdoor dining with views across the expansive garden to the 1st hole…… FORE ! *Guest access* Guests welcome to use and explore gardens *Other things to note* Electric car point charger is available for an additional fee. Please speak to us for more information.

Woodhall Spa is a lovely charming village with an Edwardian character. Walks: There are some lovely walks around the village and the surrounding woods. One of which is through the golf course which can be started from the back of our garden that boarders onto the Golf Course. Further afield we also have the beautiful Wolds (visit lincswolds) Things to do: The Kinema In The Woods Jubilee Park Battle of Britain Memorial Flight visitors centre Afternoon Tea at the Petwood Hotel Branston Spa For recommendations of restaurants, cafes and pubs please ask but our favourites are: (Cafe) Kitchenetta - 0.7 miles (Indian) Indian Village - 0.7 miles (Mediterranean) Zucci - 0.7 miles (Traditional pub/restaurant) Ebrington Arms - 2.9 miles (Traditional pub/restaurant) Bluebell Inn - 4.1 miles
