The ground floor has stylish open plan lounge diner with a dining table for 6, large comfy sofa for 8 with a flat screen TV and feature electric fire. Outside via the kitchen is a private enclosed courtyard garden with seating area and St James Terrace is located on Suffolk Square with Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade on its doorstep.
