Newly renovated to a high standard in 2022. We have taken great care to ensure all modern essentials are provided in this 2 bedroom House such as Smart TV'S, USB plugs and unlimited Wifi. The Lounge/ Diner has a relaxing Sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen comes with the finest integrated appliances - microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has basic cleaning items provided. The Bathroom has a shower and bath facilities and also comes with basic amenities such as shower gels, towels and toiletries. Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants can be found around the shopping centre. There is a 5min drive to the centre of Leeds and there are plenty of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep.
