The spacious living/dining room has exposed beams and a warming wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen/breakfast room is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty breakfast. Up half a flight of stairs and you will find a separate galleried area, with books, maps and seating. It is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet! French doors open out onto the lawned garden at the rear. Outside the terraced garden is fully enclosed, lawned with picnic table and barbecue to eat alfresco in the warmer weather. A two-minute stroll takes you into the heart of the village, where you will find a well-stocked village store and next door to the cottage a popular coffee shop serving a selection of delicious cakes and savouries.
