Stone Lodge is a charming Grade-II listed gothic gatehouse which was built in the 1830's. Sitting at the entrance to the Combermere Abbey Estate, Stone Lodge is a romantic getaway cottage, with its own private entrance, and large sunny terrace set within its own damson orchard and surrounded by beautiful trees. The property features a ground floor double bed with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom on the first floor with an en-site bathroom. This self-catering property includes a fully equipped kitchen and the sitting room also features a log-burner, perfect for enjoying a cosy night in.
The Combermere Abbey Estate sits between the two market towns of Nantwich and Whitchurch, on the border of Cheshire & Shropshire. There are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, and just a short distance from the Estate is Park View Business Centre, which is home to The Old Piggery Cafe, Three Wrens Distillery, Body & Beauty Therapy Studio and a wonderful hairdressers.
