There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, and you can travel light. House Rules: Identification Requirement: We require a valid form of identification (Passport or UK driver's license) for each guest staying at the property. If the guest making the booking will not be staying, we also need their identification. Any breach of this policy will result in the stay being cancelled, guests evicted without refund. Should circumstances change and you need to make adjustments to your booking kindly contact us we are always willing to help as best we can. A damage deposit of 100 will be requested before check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 72hours of check-out, following a cleaning and house check. Please note that this is a separate payment from your booking, and it is designed to cover any potential damages during your stay. No Parties & Events: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other guests in the area by refraining from hosting parties or gatherings on the property.
