Everything is close by, and if you need to get out by car, the motorway links are just a few minutes drive away, providing destinations to the coast, Maidstone, London and other destinations. Supermarkets, local shops, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. Historic Rochester, Chatham town centre, Maidstone town centre and Hempstead Valley shopping centre are all short distances away. Situated in a peaceful location, with close walking distance to nearby amenities such as supermarkets, shops, post office, restaurants, pub etc. There is free on street parking in the local area, however, the property comes with a driveway for two cars. The property offers great commuter links, the A2, M2 and M20 are all within a few minutes drive away. Within the area, you have the option of buses, local taxis and Uber. There are also several railway stations dotted around, with Rochester and Chatham being the closest.
