Located in the quiet Cotswold Village of Gretton Fields close to the villages of Gretton, Winchcombe, Broadway and Cheltenham too. All on one level, The Walnuts features a large rear garden with outdoor furniture, a stunning kitchen lounge diner, 3-bedrooms that sleep up to 8 guests and two bathrooms. Entrance porch and generous hallway, large kitchen / lounge / diner with underfloor heating, dining table for up to 8 guests, fully equipped kitchen with peninsula island and breakfast bar, and a lounge area that can comfortably seat 5 guests. The kitchen lounge diner has multiple bi-folding doors to open the home to the rear garden which is fully enclosed and has a large porcelain patio and lawn. Bedroom, 1 has a King-sized bed and its own en suite shower room with separate bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds to accommodate up to 4 guests and has a feature log burner and flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a King size bed and has access to the adjacent bathroom. There is a generous drive to front accessed via a wooden gate which can easily accommodate 3 cars.
