We've stayed at this property before and I have already bragged about the facilities and location in another review. On this occasion everything was just as good, however, the electricity went out on the first night at about 9pm. The reason I wanted to write this review was to say how great the service was. After messaging customer services about the electricity they got back to us immediately and had looked into the problem, realised it was the external power board and had dispatched someone to fix it within the hour. They had also offered to bring us temporary lighting. The service was absolutely fantastic and I would have no hesitation in staying at this property again or any other property this company manage.
