The apartment was extremely clean. The carpets were very good. It was nicely painted. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The lounge was very comfortable with a large window overlooking some pretty houses and a beautiful tree. It was in the centre of Coltishall with easy personal parking. Although the apartment is on the first floor at the front, with a short flight of concrete stairs leading to it , it is on ground level at the back with a small patio and garden furniture. It was nice to be able to sit outside.

This stylish 2 bed apartment with parking & courtyard garden is located in the idyllic broadland village of Coltishall. The beautiful River Bure is just a 5 minute walk with 2 stunning riverside pubs. You can hire paddle boards and kayaks. It's a great area for wild swimming, walks and fishing. The stunning coastline is just a 20 minute drive and Norwich City Centre is just 8 miles. This is the ideal location to explore. Within the village are 4 pubs, fish & chips, tea room, butchers and a deli.

Coltishall is a lovely village. Old bakery court is set back from the high street providing access to all of the village amenities from a peaceful setting. The river bure is just a short walk away. Not only is coltishall a short walk to the start of the broads, it also has an abundance of amenities to enjoy on your doorstep such as 4 pubs, norfolk mead restaurant, fish and chip shop, village store, grocers, tea room, indian take away, chinese take away, deli and pharmacy. In addition to the parking space with the property, there is plenty of off road parking if required.
