Hi, we’re Chris and Gem, our son Charlie, and our latest addition, little Lily. We bought our lovely family home at the start of 2022. Shortly after we were offered a fantastic house sitting opportunity just a few doors down! This means whenever you’re guests in our home, we’ll be just a short walk away to help with anything you need, be it advice on where to eat or just a couple of extra tea towels. Living on the next street along, we will be on hand to offer help at a moments notice.

A stones throw from Lincoln Castle and cathedral this centrally located 2 bedroom house is hidden away in a quiet Cul de sac. This house is ideal for a family or small group of friends. The house can be configured to suit a variety of guest requirements. 2 Super-king, 1 Super-king & 2 singles or 4 singles. We also provide 2 guest permits for on street parking.

Neighborhood info

The house is on a beautiful, quiet no through road. Close to the Castle and Lincoln Cathedral it’s a short walk to the beautiful Bailgate area for site seeing, drinks and delicious food. If nature is your ideal take a walk across the common with the local horses, down past Carholme Golf Course along the canal to a lovely local pub. There are always parking spaces available and the town centre, train station and university are all just a short walk away.
