The home is a perfect for a relaxing break for families and friends as well as professionals working away from home. It is a cosy, comfortable and modern 2-bed terraced home with everything you would expect to find in the ideal home away from home. The home is on two floors with living areas downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. It has been recently renovated to a high standard, equipped with high-end modern conveniences and designed with a good balance of simplicity, comfort and style. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Samsung appliances and views of the front of the property. The lounge has patio doors that lead out to a private garden with a patio and astroturf where you’ll find a comfortable seating area and BBQ equipment. There is free parking at the front of the home as well as 2 designated parking spaces behind it. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, a mere 8 minutes drive from the relaxing and peaceful surroundings of Mote Park and less than 10 minutes from Maidstone town centre, the home will suit both individuals who enjoy being at one with nature and those who want to explore the nearby town for a spot of retail therapy. The best of both worlds.
