Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor in bedrooms and nice modern bathroom, ensuite and kitchen. Lovely touches with bottled water in bedrooms and bottle of fizz in fridge. Fantastic location (5 min walk to Gleneagles Hotel).

As soon as you open the door into our apartment you feel right at home w/ all the comforts Guthrie Court has to offer you truly wont want to leave. The stunning apartment boasts a large Master bedroom w/ a super comfy King size bed. The master bedroom also has its own bright & spacious en-suite with walk in shower. There is also a perfect twin bedded room along w/ a cosy double bedroom. Each room can enjoy access to the family bathroom w/ is just sublime for resting your body whilst soaking in the extra large bath. We only use the best quality bed linen & towels along w/ providing our guests with complimentary Scottish toiletries. Our aim is always to ensure our guess have a five star experience when staying in our apartment. The kitchen has been fully refurbished and includes gorgeous marble worktops. All cookware, crockery & kitchen utensils are also provided. The spacious and bright open plan lounge equipped with a Flatscreen TV w/ Freeview HD. A cosy & relaxed sitting area w/ a window seat overlooking the perfectly tendered Guthrie Court gardens. The private outdoor balcony which is just lovely to sit out in on a beautiful Scottish evening w/ a glass of complimentary bubbles
Guests have access to the whole property and it is set up to ensure that all guests have an amazing time. It is my passion to ensure that guests leave feeling like they have had a 5 star experience without the price tag! Guthrie Courts access is by key safe, code will be given near the guests arrival date. I own a cleaning company. I have under taken a course on cross-contamination. After each guests stay the property is strictly deep cleaned, all laundry and hard surfaces are given extra attention, ensuring the property is guest ready before their arrival.
