Welcome to our superior detached house located in Cheltenham, just a 5 minute walk from Cheltenham Racecourse. This property is split over 2 floors and features 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests - making this the perfect place for hosting well needed get-togethers or celebrations. As you enter on the ground floor you will find yourself in the hallway. Off the hallway is a double bedroom (bedroom 1), W/C and a separate lounge area which has a log burner. At the back of the house is an open plan kitchen/dining area that has a fully equipped spacious kitchen with a dining table and 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will also find a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. By opening the bifold doors it makes the space a great place to socialise with some al-fresco dining. The hot tub can be found at the bottom of the garden and is suitable for 6 guests to enjoy. On the first floor you will find 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor (bedroom 2) accommodates a super king bed with an en-suite shower room. You will then find a double bedroom (bedroom 3), a king bedroom (bedroom 4), and a twin bedroom (bedroom 5). The last bedroom (bedroom 6) accommodates a double bed with a large en-suite, with a freestanding bath and a separate spacious shower. There is also a main bathroom with a shower over bath. Parking is located on the driveway in front of the property and can accommodate 4 cars. There is ample parking for additional vehicles as it is located in a residential area. PLEASE NOTE: - Air conditioning is only available during the summer months. - A copy of ID for ALL adult guests (driving licence/passport) and a signed copy of our terms and conditions, is required prior to arrival before check-in details can be released. We will contact you shortly after booking to obtain these directly. - The hot tub and log burner are not available during race weeks
