breakfast was not particulary satisfactory as it was DIY in the room it would have been better with a dedicated area in the property for breakfast Location in so far as proximity to centre of town was good

Location to town was excellent with just a short stroll to the butter market. Parking on site made it all very easy. Room was nice and quiet at night. Room was well equipped and comfortable Knew breakfast wasn't served but cereal and milk was made available in the room with a fridge to store food and drinks in Bed was super comfy and room was lovely and warm with thermostats on the rad to control the temp. Coffee and tea was also available including decaf which I thought was a great touch.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptional with everything you could possibly want or need. Amanda is a wonderful lady who has a great knowledge of Ludlows pubs, bars and eateries and where to go. The bed was amazing and very very comfortable. We highly recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in Ludlow, not only for the room itself but how close you are to the town centre. We will definitely be returning

Delightful room with ‘hidden’ extras. A wardrobe with a mini fridge, bottle opener, chopping board, some crockery and cutlery, cereal and chocolate biscuits. Comfortable bed. Great location, within walking distance to the shops. Lucky to have had 2 days of markets (Friday and Saturday), both with completely different stall holders

The bathroom in particular is a great size with an excellent, powerful, spacious shower, natural light, and a plentiful supply of good quality towels. The location is 3 or 4 minutes on foot from the centre, so you can park your car in one of Amanda's spaces and forget about it until you leave. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple, and good enough for two solos.

We did not require breakfast but we used the fresh milk from the nice fridge and tea. The place was comfortable clean spacious and well decorated. Information was available in pamphlets about the area and the host was friendly and helpful if needed.

So many great things about this property. Good size room, with two windows and large en-suite. Very comfortable beds. This is just a room only but we had a fridge with fresh milk, tea/coffee, granola, protein bars and biscuits. Wifi available. Very clean. The property is very old but was tastefully decorated with lots of nice touches. It had everything we needed for our stay. Room felt very cozy and comfortable. Best accommodation we have ever stayed in
