Our whole stay was absolutely perfect, from the moment we booked and received a lovely message off Lorraine, we knew we had chosen well. This was definately proven as soon as we arrived, we had such a warm welcome, shown how to use everything and we felt so comfortable and happy. The Annex was perfectly equipped with everything that you would need, including cooking equipment, toiletries and some added extras such as milk and biscuits. The bed was super comfy too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here to a couple or a small family. It was just such a happy time for us!

The annex is totally self-contained and has its own front door. The annex is in a rural location but has the added advantage of enjoying a well stocked co-op, pub, beauty salon & hairdresser, pharmacy, farm shop, outside gym/playing field all 5 minutes away. Directly from the annex you’ll find Kingsley Cricket Club (perfect on a sunny summer day). There’re-lots of walks across the fields and down to the river. Cycle rides with picturesque views are here for you to explore and enjoy.
The Annex has its own front door available for you to come and go as you wish, we live at the Croft adjoining the annex so we will be available to help and advice you throughout your stay if needed.
The Annex is perfectly situated to visit many areas of natural beauty, such as Delamere Forest which is a couple of miles away. If you fancy something different you can go for a walk with some local Alpaca’s at the local Alpaca Farm. Or fly through the sky at Go Ape. Or you may fancy one of the open air concerts at Delamere Forest The historic city of Chester and Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village are a 20 minute drive. Manchester and Liverpool are easily accessed via rail from Frodsham or Delamere stations, both taking about half an hour on the train. The M56 and M6 are easily accessed. There are many pubs and different types of restaurants nearby for you to enjoy. The location of the annex offers something for everybody, whether it’s a total relax you want or shopping to bag a bargain or a full on activity break - there is something for everyone. We would be more than happy to help and advice you throughout your break. Parking is available at the Annex for two cars. There are bus routes to local villages (including Frodsham) from Kingsley and rail routes to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester from Frodsham.
