Enjoy modern facilities in leafy surroundings with this central annexe on a residential road. Featuring a king-size bed, large walk-in shower, dedicated workspace with superfast broadband, brand-new kitchen, tree-lined garden and free private parking with electric vehicle charging point, this is your ideal base for exploring Inverness and beyond. Just a 20 minute walk from city centre attractions with easy access to the whole of the Highlands. Ideal for work trips or holidays.
We live on site in the main house and are usually home and available to answer any questions you may have (between 8am and 10pm). When not at home we are contactable by message. We will always respect your privacy and won't contact you during your stay unless asked to.
Sat in a large tree-filled plot in a residential area, the Annexe feels private and spacious whilst benefiting from a central location. The city centre is a short drive or 20 minute walk away and has plenty of parking, shops and entertainment. There is free parking for one car on the private driveway and we can usually provide secure parking in our garage for a motorbike or bicycles with advance notice - please let us know when you book. We have a Pod Point EV charger available - please contact us when you would like to use this. It is a CES charger delivering 7.5kw and you will need to provide your own cable. We charge a flat rate of 35p per kw/hour, which can be paid by cash or card before you leave. The railway station is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride away for trains to the airport, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands. Buses stop within a 5 minute walk of the house with regular services into the city centre and railway station.
